1. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Because FlightsFlights.com.au realises that not everyone has access to traditional online payment methods, we accept an array of both convenient offline payment and secure online payment methods. Subject to fare availability and rules, FlightsFlights currently accepts:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Please note there is a credit card handling fee on all credit card transactions, equal to a percentage of the total booking. For current handling fees, please view our Booking Conditions. Please note that anyone wishing to pay by credit card will need to complete and return a Credit Card Authorisation Form. Failure to do this will result in cancelled bookings and a booking cancellation fee levied as seen in our Booking Conditions.
FlightsFlights also accepts payment via PayPal, BPay, AUSPost Bill Pay, Electronic Funds Transfer, and in person. Please note that not all of these payment options may be available for every booking, as determined by fare rules and time constraints.

2. Q: Are "booking" and "issuing" the same thing?
A: No. Booking occurs when you have committed to purchasing a travel product, but before your ticket has been issued. This means you have reserved a ticket or insurance through FlightsFlights.com.au either live via our website, or through one of our agents via email, phone or in person. Once FlightsFlights receives your full payment (and Credit Card Authorisation Form if you are paying by credit card) and finalises the transaction, your tickets will be issued to you. Please note that prices are not guaranteed until payment is received in full and tickets are issued.

3. Q: What is the Credit Card Authorisation Form?
A: The Credit Card Authorisation Form is an extra measure that FlightsFlights uses to deter fraudulent credit card transactions. FlightsFlights requires everyone wishing to pay by credit card to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form and return it to FlightsFlights before your booking is processed and your tickets are issued.
Once you complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form, you can fax it back to us at 1300 863 534 (inside Australia),+612 8580 5711 (outside Australia) scan and email it to bookings@flightsflights.com.au, or should time allow, mail it to:
FlightsFlights
G1, 37 Bligh Street
Sydney NSW 2000
Australia.
Please note that prices are not guaranteed until payment is received in full and tickets are issued. Tickets will not be issued without the receipt of the completed Credit Card Authorisation Form.

4. Q: Do I have to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form?
A: Yes. Failure to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form will result in your booking being cancelled and a booking cancellation fee charged, as noted in our Booking Conditions. Should you not wish to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form, you may select the PayPal online payment method while you are still in the booking process.
If you have already completed the booking process and do not wish to complete and return the Credit Card Authorisation Form, contact bookings@flightsflights.com.au immediately, as offline payments may be available. Failure to secure an alternative payment method with FlightsFlights will result in the cancellation of your booking and a booking cancellation fee as outlined in our Booking Conditions.

5. Q: Have you debited my credit card before issuing the tickets?
A: No, we have not debited your card before issuing your tickets, however when you book online through the credit card payment option, we preauthorise the total purchase amount on your card with your financial institution. This "freezes" the purchase amount and dedicates it to FlightsFlights, until the tickets are issued. So while the funds might not be in your available balance in your account, FlightsFlights.com.au has not finalised the transaction and will not deduct the purchase amount from your account until you have completed and returned the Credit Card Authorisation Form. Should you not wish to complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form, and should you not secure an alternate payment method, FlightsFlights.com.au will cancel your booking and your funds minus the booking cancellation fee, will be released back into your available balance within 3 – 5 business days (as determined by your financial institution).

NOTE: In addition to the above FlightsFlights service and cancellation fees against issued tickets, if you paid for your travel arrangements by credit card, the following credit card merchant fees will be levied against the amount refunded by the supplier (ie, airline and FlightsFlights fees).
